IMO it is obvious that the pistol has NOT been renumbered or forced matched as all numbers match from what I have seen from the pictures I have received. 8 years is quite a bit of difference in my guessed at dates. With the SN over 460000 and page 213 of Anthony's book showing that 460,000 was reached before German Occupation in May 1940, I am confused over the actual date of manufacture/acceptance. F the date code is in a different location, please let me know where I should be looking. IF the K is the Belgian "Date Code" then the reference material I have says that the K is for 1932. The left Trigger Guard has a K and next to it a triangle - can't make out if there is any marking inside the triangle or not. The Barrel (ejection port area) is marked with the Lion/PV, Star/G and the Leige Proof House Crown Oval with E/LG/Star inside it. The proof marks on the left side of the Slide and Frame (just above the trigger guard) are the Lion/PV and a Star/G - no Perone. It looks like the 4th Legend shown in Anthony's 2nd Edition for 1930s to 1950s time frame (page 214). The pistol has the Sans-Serif Font, the DE is capitalized and it is the 2 line Legend. I am in the middle of acquiring a FN 1910, Serial Number 463645 and am confused a little in trying to pin down the date of manufacture:
